Hair Loss Treatments Sydney and an Easy Nutritious Recipe

Hair Loss Treatments Sydney and an Easy Nutritious Recipe
This week we wanted to share with you a yummy and nutritious recipe that is both quick and easy. Nutrition is always a consideration with Absolique Hair Health Clinic hair loss treatments. It is a Jamie Oliver recipe called ‘So Easy Fish Curry recipe’. To get to maximum nutritional benefit of this dish it is always recommended to source organic produce along with wild caught fish instead of farmed as these contain harmful antibiotics and hormones. It is also mindful to use smaller fish as there is less of a likelihood of contamination of heavy metals. When sourcing the lime pickle and curry paste, making it a habit of reading the ingredient list so as to avoid unnatural preservatives is also advantageous, if you have the time it is also enjoyable to attempt to make your own pickle and paste.
Here at Absolique we still are a little coconut crazy due to its many benefits. The recipe calls for coconut milk, ensuring that it comes in a BPA free tin is crucial. When lightly cooking the tomatoes, using a safely sourced coconut oil is also beneficial. Most other oils are not heat stable and can release harmful free radicals which you then ingest along with the food. Cold pressed oils need to be consumed raw to maintain the healthful benefits.
Hair Loss Treatments Sydney and an Easy Nutritious Recipe:
- 500g ripe organic cherry tomatoes
- Skinned and de-boned 500g wild caught white fish fillets
- 1 heaped tablespoon natural korma curry paste
- 1 tablespoon lime pickle homemade where possible
- 400g BPA free tin of coconut milk
Using a large shallow pan on high heat, add a small amount of coconut oil. Halving the tomatoes, add them to the pan for a couple of minutes, toss until they start to blister. Dice the fish in small pieces and add it to the pan along with the lime pickle, korma paste and coconut milk, allow the dish to come to a boil then turn the heat down to a simmer for around six minutes ensuring the fish doesn’t overcook. Season to your taste with Himalayan salt and pepper allowing four servings.
This dish ticks many boxes here at Absolique Hair Health Clinic as it contains natural sources of vitamin C, iron/ferritin, and essential fatty acids. This dish is also more alkaline, with the right food combinations, and having the option to add alkaline veggies to provide more wholesomeness is great instead of serving with rice or potatoes for correct food combining.
So Easy Fish Curry Recipe by Jamie Oliver is from his 5 Ingredients Cookbook. This is an insightful and easy book jam packed full of simple recipe ideas you can alter and make any meal more healthful, alkaline with the right food combination, and the use of coconut oil to cook and serving with raw cold pressed natural oils gives added benefit. An alternative to noodles or rice is vegetable noodles and cauliflower rice, try using an organic bone broth in place of stock and it’s always a plus to add more greens to each meal.
