Creamy Coconut Dressing with Absolique Trichologist Sydney

Within the green coconut, there is a soft white meat that can be made into a delicious and nutritious egg-free and dairy-free creamy dressing. If preparing early, we encourage using raw vegetables that won’t wilt like capsicum, radish, leek, snow peas, cabbage, mung beans, cauliflower, broccoli, carrot and fennel is a great additive and works well with this.

If your preference is adding the dressing as you are about to serve, you can use softer, leafier vegetables such as lettuce, kale, rocket, spinach, cucumber, alfalfa, tomatoes, mushrooms, roast pumpkin or zucchini. To incorporate texture, use seeds and nuts like sunflower seeds, pepitas, walnuts, almonds, cashews and or pecans.

Creamy Coconut Dressing Ingredients with Absolique Trichologist Sydney:

  • Soft white meat from one green coconut
  • Cold pressed olive oil and/or coconut water (2 tablespoons)
  • Smoked paprika and/or turmeric (1 teaspoon)
  • Favorite vinegar (1 Tablespoon)
  • Preferred mustard powder (1-2 teaspoons)
  • Your choice of fresh herbs
  • Pink Himalayan rock salt and black pepper to taste

The Creamy Coconut Dressing Method: Using a blender, mix all the ingredients together until a smooth consistency. Have fun with this there is no limit, if you can imagine it, you can create it. Add in chicken, roast beef or a boiled egg for a non-vegetarian dish. P.S. You can add shredded coconut on top for a nice touch.
