Nutrition and education are a big part of treatment for hair loss Sydney. This recipe looks good, tastes good and is good for you. I wanted to use nutritious coconut, my new favorite food, but also make it tasty, healthy and incorporate curry as an influence from a recent trip to Thailand.
Online is a great resource for information and recipes. Practice swapping ingredients to deliver healthful food with most recipes. It’s also good to utilize vegetables that don’t particularly look or taste like vegetables when prepared differently.

Chickpeas are traditionally used to make hummus, but canned products contain harmful substances and soaking takes time. I swapped the chick peas for baked cauliflower from another recipe I had played with. Chop cauliflower in to even sized pieces, place in a bowl and toss to coat with balsamic vinegar and coconut oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake at 180 until lightly browned. Place in food processor with the rest of ingredients. Blend till mixture combines to form a dip. Thin with water if necessary.
Serve with fresh and blanched vegetables (snow peas, capsicum, fennel, broccoli and carrot) and some gluten free pita bread chips. Try to use organic ingredients where possible.
